Each item is cast by hand in thoughtfully curated silicone molds out of an eco resin called jesmonite. It's a combination of gypsum sand (used in cement) and acrylic resin. It's lighter and smoother in texture than cement and more water resisitant. Once cast and fully cured, pieces are then sanded as needed and sealed with a cement wax. No two pieces will be the same. Colors and marbling patterns will vary considerably from piece to piece. Tiny air bubbles and imperfections will appear on the surface, especially on the bottom or back of the piece as is typical of the curing process.

Receive a cracked or broken item? Oh no! While I do my best to pack and ship items for a smooth and safe delivery, accidents do happen. No worries. Contact me directly at ali@wellhello.studio within 14 days of receipt with the order number and attach a photo of the broken piece. A replacement item will be made to order and shipped out within 7-14 business days.

Not happy with your order? Let's chat about it. To start a return, contact me directly at ali@wellhello.studio with the order number and the reason. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt in the original condition and packaging. You are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to me. Once the returned item is received and approved, a full refund will be processed within 5 business days.
